Driving the Black Partner Growth Initiative
As Global Director of Microsoft’s Black Partner Growth Initiative, Raamel works to support the development of Black technology enterprises and strengthen their participation in the global technology ecosystem.
Working alongside BPGI Global Strategist Regina Johnson, Raamel helps advance initiatives focused on partner growth, innovation, ecosystem development, and customer success. His work involves engaging stakeholders, developing growth strategies with partners, and leading initiatives designed to create sustainable opportunities

Raamel’s broader Microsoft career has included serving as Citizenship and Market Development Director for the Central United States, where he worked on public-private partnerships, ecosystem development, and community engagement strategies.
