Before launching Learning Links Foundation, Dr. Anjlee held a senior leadership role in the corporate sector. In India, many girls continue to be denied quality education, and children in government schools often lack exposure to strong learning environments. Her workday usually begins with a brief “huddle” with her senior team, followed by time dedicated to urgent decisions and approvals. She oversees organisational dashboards spanning compliance, HR, operations, business development, and financial performance. Fundraising outreach, policy reviews, risk assessments, and brand stewardship also fall under her purview.
Once internal matters are addressed, her attention shifts outward to donor meetings, stakeholder conversations, and advocacy efforts. As Chairperson, she also represents the foundation at national and international platforms.
